FEA results live in files nobody can find

Simulation engineers run dozens of variants. Results are buried in folders, named inconsistently, impossible to compare, and lost when someone leaves the team.

  • Results scattered across drives — no central store
  • No way to compare Run A vs Run B without reopening both in the solver
  • Files are 10–50GB — too large to share or back up easily
  • No version history — "which mesh gave the lowest stress?" is unanswerable
# Where are the results from last Tuesday?
ls C:\Projects\crash\
d3plot_final_v2_FINAL.zip
d3plot_final_v2_FINAL_2.zip
d3plot_ACTUAL_FINAL.zip
d3plot_use_this_one.zip
# Which one had the lower peak stress?
# No idea. Open them all and check manually.

# With SimHub:
python agent.py d3plot "Crash v3"
✓ Run #12 stored · Peak stress: 8.30e+08 Pa
✓ View at app.simhub-ai.de/runs/12

Three steps. One command.

SimHub runs entirely locally on your machine for extraction — only the results travel to the cloud.

📂

Extract locally

The SimHub agent reads your d3plot or .odb file directly on your machine. Raw files never leave your computer — your IP is protected.

python agent.py path/to/d3plot
02 —

Push to SimHub

Extracted results (~50KB) are pushed to your SimHub workspace. Version history, project grouping, and metadata stored automatically.

✓ Run #12 stored in 2.3s

Analyse anywhere

Open your dashboard from any browser. Compare displacement and von Mises stress across runs. Share results with your team.

Everything a simulation engineer needs

Run versioning

Every simulation push creates a versioned record. Go back to any run, see exactly what changed, and understand why results differ.

Delta analytics

Select two runs and instantly see variance in peak stress, displacement, and timesteps. Green means improvement, orange means regression.

Dual result charts

Displacement and von Mises stress plotted side by side over time. Overlay multiple runs on the same axes for direct comparison.

IP-safe extraction

Raw files stay on your machine. Only extracted scalars travel to the cloud. Enterprise IT teams can approve this without hesitation.

Project grouping

Organise runs into projects — Crash Test Series A, Fatigue Study v2. Like GitHub repositories, but for simulation campaigns.

One-command push

A single terminal command pushes any simulation. Fits into existing HPC workflows. No GUI required, no solver license needed.

Works with the solvers you already use

SimHub extracts from native output files. No export step, no format conversion.
